About Four Aur

Innovation with Egyptian roots and international standards.

We believe capability — not consultancy — is what lasts. Everything we build is designed to be owned by the people who use it.

Our manifesto

Knowledge is only the beginning.

Organizations rarely fail for lack of information. They stall because knowledge never becomes capability, and capability never becomes impact. Four Aur exists to close those two gaps — deliberately, measurably and with the people who will live with the result.

From knowledge to capability. From capability to impact.

Vision

A smarter, more capable future built on innovation and human potential.

Mission

To turn learning, ideas and technology into practical progress for organizations and communities.

Our values

Five commitments we're held to.

Not wall decoration — these are the tests we apply to our own work.

  • Innovation

We imagine bold ideas and build smarter solutions.

  • Integrity

We act with honesty, transparency and accountability.

  • Excellence

We pursue the highest standards in everything we do.

  • Inclusion

We value diverse perspectives and create equal opportunities.

  • Impact

We drive meaningful change that empowers people and communities.

Brand story

The arch, the mark, the meaning.

The Four Aur mark is built from a single geometric system. The orange arc of the 'f' represents openness, progress and aspiration; the wordmark's soft geometric curves carry innovation, unity and forward motion. That arch runs through everything we make — a structure that opens rather than encloses.

How we're built

An operating rhythm, not a org chart.

How an engagement moves from first conversation to owned capability.

  1. 01

    Discover

Understand objectives, context, needs, and opportunities.

  2. 02

    Define

Clarify priorities, scope, strategy, and measurable outcomes.

  3. 03

    Design

Develop the solution, roadmap, technical plan, or creative direction.

  4. 04

    Deliver

Execute with disciplined project management, collaboration, transparency, and quality.

  5. 05

    Grow

Measure, optimize, expand, and support long-term development.

People & culture

Human-centered, by construction.

Diverse perspectives are a design requirement, not a nice-to-have. Our teams are built to see a problem from more than one direction — which is the only reliable way to solve one.

Our values

Five commitments we're held to.

Not wall decoration — these are the tests we apply to our own work.

Leadership

The people accountable for it.

Four Aur is led by its two founders. Both remain close to the work — the standard the company holds itself to is one they apply first to themselves.

Ahmed Gamal El-Ghonemy

Ahmed Gamal El-Ghonemy

Founder / Chairman

At Four Aur, we believe meaningful development begins with a clear vision and disciplined execution. Our goal is to create long-term value by connecting construction, education, real estate marketing, and digital innovation within one powerful ecosystem.

As Chairman, Ahmed sets the direction across all four businesses and holds the company to a single standard of execution. His focus is the connective tissue: making sure construction, education, real estate marketing and digital reinforce one another rather than operate as four separate firms sharing a name.

Focus

  • Group direction
  • Cross-business integration
  • Long-term value
Mohamed Ahmed El-Behiry

Mohamed Ahmed El-Behiry

Founder / CEO

Four Aur was created to turn ideas into measurable progress. We focus on building practical solutions, empowering people, and delivering integrated business value through technology, strategy, and execution.

As CEO, Mohamed runs delivery. His concern is the distance between what was promised and what was built — the operating model, the project discipline and the measures that make progress visible to a client rather than merely reported to them.

Focus

  • Delivery and execution
  • Operating model
  • Measurable outcomes
